Justin is a football administrator with a dedication to developing the sport in Southern Africa.

Currently he is the General Manager of City of Lusaka Football Club in the Zambian Premier League.

Prior to that, he was the General Manager at Kabwe Warriors in the Zambian Super League.

Justin is passionate about the the power football has to transform people’s lives and communities.
