Play it Forward (Zambia), in partnership with the Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) and The Mastercard Foundation under the Going Beyond project, is inviting applications for its 2026-2027 Youth Leadership Programme in Livingstone. This opportunity is for young people who are passionate about leadership, community development, entrepreneurship, and digital inclusion.

As a Youth Leader, you will receive training in leadership, digital skills, entrepreneurship, coaching, and social impact, before being deployed back into your community to support peers and local micro, small and medium enterprises with essential business, soft, and practical digital skills. The programme is designed to strengthen your own career prospects while equipping you to “play it forward” by helping others grow.

Participants will also join the wider DOT Youth Community of young leaders across Africa, gaining access to collaboration, career development support, and employment linkages throughout the programme. This is a unique chance to build your own future while contributing to the socio-economic development of your community.

The programme is open to Zambian nationals or legal residents aged 18-35 who are recent graduates and currently based in Livingstone. Applicants should be unemployed or underemployed, have access to a basic smartphone or laptop, and demonstrate leadership potential, a passion for community development, and a commitment to the Play it Forward ethos. No prior employment experience is required.
