The Victoria Falls Marathon 2026
The Victoria Falls Marathon is more than just a race — it’s an unforgettable journey that blends adventure, self-discovery, and impact. Taking place at one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, this year’s event offers participants the chance to push their limits on a world-class course while supporting Play it Forward. Beyond the race, you’ll experience the heart of our work: visiting Mulwani School, where our after-school projects are shaping young minds; exploring Kutubya School, where we built a thriving community garden; and cheering on our football teams in action. The trip will also include a visit to the iconic Victoria Falls and conclude with a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River — making this not only a marathon, but a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

Fundraise to support young people in Zambia
As part of your marathon journey, we invite you to raise funds that will directly support Play it Forward’s mission. One of the easiest ways is to create a GoFundMe campaign — a personal fundraising page where you can share your story, set a fundraising target, and invite friends, family, and colleagues to contribute. By posting updates about your training and sharing why the cause matters to you, you’ll keep your supporters engaged and motivated to give. 100% of the funds raised will go towards empowering young Zambians — expanding our education and sports programs, ensuring children have access to meals, and contributing to the construction of a new sports and education facility. This facility will serve as a safe, inclusive space where children can learn, play, and build brighter futures.
